Pumps are destined for pumping fresh and service water, dung water, sludge, liquid manure and thick homogenous liquids with solid particles up to size 5 mm. Possible application e.g. during drainage of flooded spaces, pumping-off underground and wastewater, spray irrigation and watering gardens, pumping out of waste water and sludge sump pits. This pump features a simple design and long service life.

These pumps are destined namely for conveying very small amount of a liquid at supply pressure up to 1MPa. They are used to advantage for chemical spraying against tree, bush and plant borers. Good help for gardeners, small growers, etc. Further applications of these pumps can be for sanitation, lime milk whitening, for spraying painter’s colours, bleaching clays, kaolin and other coating compositions being watered down.

Exchangeable hydraulics of pump 3/8”-EQR by which the part of pump ¾”-EQR-16-4 can be replaced to gain change of parameters while keeping the whole motor unit in unchanged and good condition. Exchangeable hydraulics can be operated in the same range as given at the pumps 3/8”-EQR.

Lowering gear for sludge pumps GF.U, GFZP-050 can be purchased separately. As a part of deliveries there are single components of the lowering device that can be assembled by the operators themselves, according to the delivered chart. The parts of deliveries are the frame, bends, suspensions, bearing brackets, guide gibs. Guide rods are not delivered.

Small submersible pumps are destined for pumping polluted waste water, e.g. faeces, sludge containing small-sized fragmented solids up to dia. 10 mm. The pumps are provided with a disintegrator (a grinder) for grinding solids being contained in a pumped stuff. There are overcurrent and thermal protection of klixon type built into the motor winding, so it is not possible to ensure another special protection of the pumps. On the customer’s request it is possible to deliver these pumps with and/or without a float.
